Pamela Balog, MBA, CHP, CSCS

Ms. Balog began her career in Account Management for a Third-Party Administrator.  Over the past 20 years, she has held positions in the health plan setting that include HIPAA Compliance Officer and Quality Improvement Manager.  With experience in HIPAA Privacy and Security program development, employee training, Business Associate contracting and auditing, and breach notification as well as investigation she has real-world experience in compliance with HIPAA regulations.  Ms. Balog has also held positions that required the implementation and on-going project management of a health plan based quality improvement program and has led multiple committees.  She holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama and is a member of the Delta Mu Delta International Business Honor Society.  Pamela believes strongly in lifetime learning and lends her support through various alumni functions and mentoring opportunities.


Glenn Schmit, MBA

With over 20 years experience in the healthcare information technology sector, Mr. Schmit has held various positions of authority, most recently as Director of IT and Security Officer for a regional health plan.  In his many roles, Mr. Schmit has conducted risk assessments & analyses, developed policies and logs specific to meeting HIPAA Security Standards, and deployed technological, physical, and administrative controls to ensure data security.  Mr. Schmit holds a Masters of Business Administration from Shorter University and is well-versed in the infrastructure needs and specific challenges of small to medium sized businesses.  


Kym Stutzman, PhD

Ms. Stutzman has 15+ years of experience as a successful business and operations manager in the healthcare sector.  She has provided leadership in private practice and health plan settings.  In previous sales-related roles she has held, she developed solid professional relationships with many industry stakeholders by demonstrating a working knowledge of the industry and an un-paralleled level of trus and understanding among her client base.  Kym was a key figure in the successful educational outreach of the GA-HITEC program to providers in four health districts.  In her spare time, she works for several colleges and universities as an adjunct professor and enjoys sharing the learning process with the next generation of business leaders.
